  We clarify the challenges and risks at the outset. The development of a battery system always begins with the choice of an appropriate cell or cellular chemistry. Our mechanical designs take all relevant and, in part, critical values and circumstances into consideration (e.g. thermal management and cooling, material properties). The drafts are tested using the latest simulation methods (static, dynamic, vibration, impacting, fire resistance, etc.) and software tools. Early risk analysis reduces costs associated with the construction of prototypes decisively.

  Building and testing of prototypes

  Prototypes are tested under realistic conditions in our own laboratory to ensure that customers enjoy maximum power when using our battery systems. We also work with leading test institutes where necessary.
